St. Austell Torch-Light Carnival
Pipers: Felicity, Miranda, Keith G, David C, John C, Rob, Nigel
Drummers: Snare – John R, Tenor – Fred Bass, Vic – John R
A long and tiring Carnival, but we were so fortunate that the weather was not as bad as the forecast although the capes were needed to keep the damp air out and provide some welcome warmth. We played the “Carnival 5” sets which worked well with Keith beating and timing the rests in between the sets. Where would we be without LED lights!
Our thanks to Deanne and David for inviting us all back to their home for tea, pasties and a comfy chair.
